Where to start… First site I actually aim to store some content that might be interesting for others around the globe. I am sure to walk into standard traps while re-inventing the wheel others have perfected 🙂
Some things only exist in my head, so far only triggered by some website that came by, or some trigger in the ‘real’ world. Things on my mind these days are a measuring particulate matter in the air. Creating that though opens up a whole world of related topics. Sample scripts are written in Python, what the hell is that? How can I get a head-start in that!? The whole thing runs on a Raspberry Pi with Linux, last time I looked at that was years ago. What do I actually need to know about Linux as OS!?
Other things are that soon the tits will start nesting in the backyard again. Had this plan to monitor them with a camera. What’s the best approach, how to tackle the WiFi reception in the back yard. Where to stream the data… So many questions, so little time 🙂
So bear with me as I try to find out how things work… and how to work with WordPress in the mean time. You never know, I might even publish some useful content!
